Parties to the Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the organisation operating the v8888 platform ("v8888", "we", "us") and any person using this website or mobile application ("you", "member", "user"). Scope of the Terms

If a member creates an account by providing a false age, that account will be closed immediately and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.
Account Registration Requirements

Identity Verification (KYC)
v8888 may request identity verification before a withdrawal or at any time. This may require providing a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Deposit Rules

Currency & Conversion
All transactions on the v8888 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Applicable exchange rates are set by v8888 and are subject to change at any time. v8888 is not responsible for external exchange rates or any resulting differences.
Welcome Bonus
The v8888 welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳18,000. The bonus amount will never exceed ৳8,000.
Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. The wagering multiplier is 10x. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. Bets placed on certain games may not count toward wagering requirements.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer must be used within the specified validity period.
- v8888 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
- v8888 reserves the right to change bonus terms and conditions.
Fair Play Policy
All games on the v8888 platform are conducted fairly and impartially. Game outcomes are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG). Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with a game's outcome will result in account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.
Prohibited Activities
- Playing games using bots, automated software, or any automated method is prohibited.
- Collaborative cheating or syndicate betting is prohibited.
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the game system to gain an advantage is prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose is prohibited.
- Demeaning, threatening, or behaving improperly toward other members is prohibited.
Policy on Technical Errors
If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed or funds to be credited incorrectly, v8888 reserves the right to correct that error. Any excess winnings or bonuses resulting from an error will be considered void. In such situations, v8888's decision is final.
v8888's Rights
v8888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity on the account.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse.
- Using the account for unlawful activities.
Member's Rights
Any member may request closure of their account at any time. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed. Any unused bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure. VIP Tier Changes
You may be automatically upgraded to a higher VIP tier based on your gaming activity. v8888 reserves the right to change VIP tier criteria and benefits at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account holder.
